Commanding Officer
Commander Lull is a native of San Antonio, Texas. He received his commission as a Surface Warfare Officer through NROTC at Texas A&M University in 1998.
At sea, Commander Lull served as Communications Officer in USS BRISCOE (DD 977), Chief Engineer in USS WARRIOR (MCM 10) and USS CARTER HALL (LSD 50), Training and Readiness Officer for Commander, Amphibious Squadron 6/NASSAU Strike Group, and Executive Officer in USS ARLINGTON (LPD 24) and USS TORTUGA (LSD 46).
Ashore, Commander Lull served as OCS Academics Division Officer at Officer Training Command-Pensacola, Florida and as Information and Knowledge Management Officer for the NATO Headquarters, Supreme Allied Commander Transformation in Norfolk, Virginia, and as an Assessment Project Officer for the Commander, Naval Surface Force Atlantic.
Commander Lull holds a B.A. in History from Texas A&M University and a M.A. in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College.
He is authorized to wear the Battle "E" Ribbon (two awards), the Humanitarian Service Medal, and various individual and unit awards.
