  • Towed from New Orleans to Admiralty Islands with APL-8 by ATA-177, October-December 1944
  • Stationed in Leyte Gulf, February 1945 to unknown date
  • Struck from the Naval Register, 01 August 1969
  • Final disposition, sold for scrap, 14 January 1971
