  • Acquired by the US Coast Guard in October 1921
  • Commissioned USCGC Tamaroa, 1 February 1922
  • Decommissioned in 1935
  • Transferred to the Navy, 14 May 1936, at San Francisco, CA.
  • Commissioned USS Tamaroa (AT-62), 6 November 1936, at Navy Yard Mare Island, Vallejo, CA., LT. Alston Ramsay, USN in command
  • Reclassified Harbor Tug YT-136, 1 January 1938
  • Reclassified Large Harbor Tug YTB-136, 13 April 1944
  • Decommissioned. 13 July 1944 and placed in service, at Mare Island Navy Yard, Vallejo, CA.
  • Struck from the Naval Register, 25 February 1946
  • Final Disposition, sunk by collision with USS Jupiter (AVS-8), 27 January 1946, in San Francisco Bay
