  • Keel Laid, 25 August 1943 at Bethlehem Steel Hingham, Hingham MA
  • Launched, 31 October 1943
  • Transferred to RN and commissioned as HMS Stockham (K.562) 28 December 1943
  • Returned to USN at Philadelphis Naval Shipyard on 31 January 1946
  • Stricken 12 March 1946
  • Sold to the Newport News Shipbuilding & Drydock Co., she was scrapped there completing on 15 June 1948
