F-8E Crusader, Fighter Squadron (VF) 191 "Satan's Kittens," modex NM00, BuNo 150326, assigned to CDR Billy Phillips, CAG.
According to the ship's deck log: "[13 April 1967] 1116 While attempting to land an F-8E Crusader, Bureau No. 150326 of VF-191, piloted by LT William C. Miller, USN, [...] it skidded into the port catwalk. Pilot not injured. Aircraft sustained minor damage."
